Mindful Walk coaching can provide a solution to various issues. Think of stress or burnout complaints, or the feeling that you are physically and/or mentally out of balance. Or perhaps you have been through a difficult period and want to spend some extra attention on yourself? Are there questions running through your mind for which you can't find the answers? Do you struggle with situations in your personal or work life? Or do you simply want to dedicate extra time and attention to your physical and mental well-being? It may also be that you already know what your pitfalls are, but you are still struggling to take the right actions. Whatever your question may be, feel free to get in touch. I would be happy to work with you to find a suitable approach and help you further in your personal development.

 

Coaching according the Mindful Run® method by a certified coach in a relaxed manner. Combined with a walk. In an informal setting. Among other things, these ingredients make walking coaching so special.

 

In a natural way you come closer to yourself, as the walk remains light-hearted. Especially doing and experiencing instead of confrontational conversations. Awareness as a result! For example, you become more aware of your strengths and how to leverage them optimally. Or of your beliefs or patterns that hinder your growth. Of course, this depends on your question.

 

Working together towards a good balance between feeling, intellect, and body to make desired choices and (once again) enjoy the here and now. Finding the peace and space for new ideas, insights, and feelings while working on breaking free from old/recurring patterns.

 

The Mindful Walk Coach is clear, effective, and for everyone.

A coaching program consists of five sessions of two hours each, plus one follow-up session after two months. Prior to the coaching program, an introductory or orientation conversation takes place to see if there is a connection.

This conversation is always free of charge.

Procedure

The trajectory starts with a non-binding, free orientation interview to get to know each other and to clarify your questions and needs. In the subsequent sessions, we will work on that. If your question or need changes during the trajectory, we will adjust together accordingly.
