The walk is the essence and the primal form of movement in general. This program has been developed to provide you with tools to shift your focus from head to heart/body. To place intuition at the forefront, or the feeling of who you are and where you currently stand, in order to enable you to explore alternatives for the solution you are seeking, or the peace and balance you would like to have. Coaching by a certified walking coach, in a relaxed manner. Combined with a walk. In an informal setting. Among other things, these ingredients make this walking coaching effective and therefore special.
In a literally natural way, as the walk is lighthearted and takes place in nature. Primarily doing and experiencing rather than confrontational conversations. The result is that you will take action! You become more aware of your current situation to tackle it effectively and efficiently.
Together, we work on a good balance between feeling, thought, and body to enable you to make choices and (again and more) enjoy. Finding peace and balance, thus creating space for new ideas, insights, and feelings.
Outline of the 3 sessions:
While walking during the 3 sessions, attention is paid to your situation and status at the moment through games and exercises for relaxation, focus, and insight. The coach always maintains an overview of your possibilities and your safety.
Walkcoach is clear, effective, and for everyone.
This coaching process consists of three sessions of two hours each. Prior to the coaching process, an introductory or orientation conversation takes place to see if there is a connection.
This conversation is always free.

Method
Each process starts with a non-binding, free orientation conversation to get acquainted and clarify your questions and needs. In the subsequent sessions, we will work on that. If your question or need changes during the process, we will adjust accordingly together.

Supplementary: this is not a pre-program or entry point for Mindful Walk Coach. However, if it turns out that your question is more extensive or the issues are more complex, then Mindful Walk Coach may be a logical next step.
