Productivity steps

Climbing stairs, great advice, also to shift the focus to the steps instead of the folder in hand. There are countless experiences from office workers that a short walk during the workday refreshes things, can be clarifying, and gives a boost to creativity.


Working, whether in the office or as a home worker, often takes place in a more or less enclosed space, where oxygen circulation is not optimal. Office air exists ;-) So, it is literally refreshing to step outside; a nearby park or another oxygen-rich environment then provides a boost to your system.


Conscious walking provides tools to optimize a 'lunch' or short walking break for more energy. These tools are also easily applicable at home to maintain that vitality during leisure time.


And why not include a walking break as an energizer task in every job and as part of meetings? A step on the productivity ladder :-)
