Unlike programs that offer walks or hikes to escape the hectic pace of society and 'connect' with nature.
In all these programs, the focus is primarily on your commitment and endurance, that you are able to 'keep up' or 'follow along.'
And, it is good that these programs exist, to address the implicit human need we have to 'perform' or to achieve something and to measure this against each other. However, a moderate, sometimes highly intensive effort is required, expected, or encouraged (motivated, stimulated) for this.
BONDY© distinguishes itself by focusing on low-intensity effort, with a certain regularity and only best practices. Conditional improvement through a simple, easily accessible program with (scientifically, medically, reliably) proven information, activities, and life experience. Together with another person, where you are each other's bondy/buddy and sounding board. An unwritten social contract with each other for keep moving, the so-called bondy-walk.
BONDY© is not a performance-driven activity (on the contrary). Any suggestion or encouragement to increase or intensify efforts or results is strongly discouraged. Fitness improves gradually, and with this improvement, more can be achieved with the same effort. How nice does that looks!
The result of executing the BONDY© program is that your fitness will improve in all areas (give it attention and time!)
The bondy-walk is the heart of the BONDY© concept and has a balanced approach as an activity. In substance, it is a short walk of 1 to 1.5 hours outdoors in nature, with a few simple, sometimes playful exercises for muscle strengthening, balance, and mental relaxation. You do the walk together with other bondys (participants in BONDY©), as you share the same concept, feeling, social connection, and everyone has embraced the notion of keep moving. Simply your presence at a bondy-walk is exactly what a bondy means.
A bondy-walk solo or together, without a Host as a guide or organizer - the concept and program serve as the guidelines. Of course, you are free to invite a Host; see the program "BONDY Hosted".
BONDY© is not coaching or therapy. BONDY© recognizes the Host as the initial facilitator and point of contact. The Host is available on request to share and guide the concept of bondy walks.
After the first bondy walk, participants are free to choose whether or not to make use of the Host. Based on the concept of BONDY©, every active participant will regularly be informed of developments through a newsletter, where the newsletter is always a friendly reminder to keep moving actively in the long term, to make use of the power of the 'community' or to contribute informally, simply by participating in a bondy-walk.
BONDY© is not a walking club; at the same time, BONDY© provides a non-binding platform where bondys can meet to create bondy-walks. Engaging in other athletic activities, such as tennis, cycling, swimming, going to the gym, and so on, is certainly commendable, but it is separate from BONDY©'s goal of being a platform for keep moving. It is also perfectly fine if the bondy-walk becomes your athletic activity.
BONDY© gives you freedom and independency from the provider (the Host). You register once for participation and a Hosted walk to grasp the essence of the concept in practice.

How to enlist? Upon registration, a confirmation and further information will follow from the Host.
The first bondy walks are being planned by the Host, and we are aiming for a location nearby.
Comments made during registration will be assessed and communicated separately by the Host.

Access and subscription to BONDY© will automatically terminate after 1 year, renewal is possible.
