Feet down to Earth
André, alias Slowtraveler
Host TrW101-method, certified MR Coach
The alias Slowtraveler, derived from the concept of slow walking, emphasizes my vision of undertaking walking with greater attention, patience, and passion, benefiting the outcome - Lifelong Movement.
I, too, have encountered life in many tones; physically and mentally, I have had to face both significant and lesser challenges. Throughout all of this, I, somewhat unconsciously at the time, fortunately chose to maintain movement as much as possible. I have also experienced that starting to move again means ignoring (false) excuses.
Now, I am in a position to take on greater achievements, both physically and mentally, knowing that relapse has no negative impact. Personally, medically confirmed experiences in recent years have solidified my belief that a balance of relaxation and effort is crucial, prompting me to want to share this.
Walking, the mother of all movement, is the foundation for building health. Working on resilience through walking can essentially begin at any age. Regular walking supports resilience well into old age.
Slowtraveler operates with a range of proven and demonstrable (including personal) experiences, offering you tools for a solid foundation, ground-zero, or base camp, to which one can return. This aims for less dropout, better stability, recovery, or a fresh start, to infuse life with energy, creativity, and ambition.
Developer of the pragmatic TrW101 concept.
Slowtraveler is a certified Mindful Run® Walking Coach and recognized KWbN Walking Guide.
